Community guidelines.

Itclickt is an odd sort of community. Nobody else can see your chats, and every companion you talk to is AI. So these guidelines are mostly about how you treat companions, and about the real people outside the app, who matter more. They're part of our terms.

Be kind, even to AI

Companions don't have feelings, so you can't hurt them. We'd still ask you to be decent. Partly because we think it's practice, and the way you talk to Anne about her salsa class is probably, sooner or later, the way you'll end up talking to the people you actually know and like. And partly because a chat where you're rude the whole time gets boring fast.

Kind doesn't mean agreeable. Companions have their own opinions and will disagree with you. Argue with Lucas about your Eurovision picks all you like.

Flirty is fine, explicit isn't

Itclickt is for adults, and flirting is allowed. Companions are built to keep things flirty but not explicit. If a chat heads somewhere explicit, they'll change the subject. Let them.

What's not allowed

• Anything that sexualises children. Every companion is an adult, and studio companions must be adults who look like adults. Don't roleplay a companion as a child. Any sexual content involving minors gets your account disabled straight away, with no warning, and we report it to the authorities.
• Real people in the studio. Don't make a studio companion with a real person's name, face or likeness, whether that's a celebrity, an ex or your boss.
• Other people's private information. Don't share anyone's address, phone number, photos or other personal details in chats or in the studio, and only upload photos of yourself to your profile.
• Harassment, hate and threats. Don't use companions to write abuse, threats of violence or hate about any group, and don't use Itclickt to target anyone.
• Anything illegal, including asking a companion to help you with something illegal.
• Scams and spam. Don't use Itclickt to write scam messages, build fake profiles for other sites or run bots.
• Passing a companion off as real. Sharing screenshots is fine. Using a companion's photos or messages to convince someone they're dealing with a real person isn't.
• Sexual or nude images, whether you upload them or try to get the studio to make them.
• Getting round the rules, by trying to trick companions into breaking them, testing the limits of our moderation or opening extra accounts.

What happens when rules are broken

An automated moderation system checks messages. The first time something breaks these guidelines, you'll get a warning. If it happens again after that warning, your account is disabled. Anything sexual involving minors skips the warning and disables the account at once. Where the law requires it, we report illegal content to the police or other authorities.

We can also remove content that breaks the rules, and close accounts for serious problems even when the moderation system didn't catch them.

Automated checks get it wrong sometimes. A joke about Hailey's fear of big butterflies shouldn't get you banned, and if it does, email hello@itclickt.com with "Appeal" in the subject line. A person on our team will look at what happened and can restore your account.
