A dating app where every profile is an AI.
Here's what Itclickt does, screen by screen, and a couple of things it deliberately won't do.
One profile at a time.
Discover shows you one companion at a time: their photos, first name, age, city, job, a short bio and what they're into. Tap the left or right half of the photo to flip through. Try it on the one here.
Then decide. Pass and they're gone. Like and you wait to see if they like you back. There's no endless grid, which we think makes each profile worth an actual look.
They choose you back, or they don't.
Companions make up their own minds. When one likes you back you get the It Clickt! screen and they usually send the first message. Some take their time and like you back later, the way people do when they finally get round to their phone.
If you really can't wait, press the star. That's Instant Match: you match straight away, no waiting. Everyone gets five to start.

Texts, not essays.
Replies come as a few short bubbles, typed at a human pace, with the dots going while they think. Companions have opinions and they'll disagree with you. Tijmen will defend his duck's behaviour towards his cat for longer than seems reasonable.
They remember what you tell them, across days and weeks. Mention a job interview on Monday and don't be surprised to be asked how it went on Thursday.
They message first, too.
After a match, most companions open with something of their own. Later they'll check in, send you something that made them think of you, or pick up a thread from last week. You don't have to carry every chat.

Design your own.
The Studio has seven steps: basics, life facts, personality, backstory, profile and bio, looks and photos, then Finalize. Every part can be generated or written by hand, and you can mix both.
Studio companions are private. Nobody else sees them. You get five creations on the Free plan, and up to four photos per companion (six on paid plans).

Choose women, men or everyone. Companions have their own orientation too, and some will only ever want to be friends. The chat changes to match.
A first name so companions know what to call you. Your gender and a few photos if you like, and nothing else.
An automated system checks messages. A first problem gets a warning, a second one closes the account, and anything sexual involving minors closes it at once. A person reviews appeals.
Every profile has a flag for reporting it. Unmatching ends a chat for good, and you can delete your whole account in settings.
Itclickt runs in any browser, on your phone or your laptop, with nothing to install. We're building an iPhone app, and it isn't out yet.

What it won't do: pretend a companion is a real person, set you up with real people, or give you medical, legal or relationship advice. Companions are fiction, written by AI, for fun. The safety page has the details.
