Can I cancel a paid plan?
Yes, any time from your account settings once paid plans are live. You keep what you paid for until the end of the period, and it doesn't renew. There's also a 14-day right to cancel under UK consumer law, explained in the terms.
What happens when I run out of messages?
Your chats stay where they are and you can read them. You can send more when your allowance resets on the 1st, or buy a message pack.
What counts as an active chat?
A match you're still talking to. Unmatch one and the space frees up.
Will it cost the same on iPhone?
The iPhone app isn't out yet. When it is, purchases in it go through Apple, and Apple's own refund process applies to them.
